Malcolm specializes in the development and operation of gold and silver projects, has a strong process engineering background to complement his extensive experience in technology development, plant design and construction, as well as operations management.
Peter “Papa” is a chemical engineer who has been involved in the development of resin technology for more than twenty years. He has extensive experience in carbon-based applications with various roles from flow sheet development to design and construction. Peter has been the Operations Manager on several projects and has been working with Malcolm for many years.
Peter, is an experienced business executive, who has significant experience in Infrastructure and Mining projects in Australia and South East Asia. Peter is the named inventor on numerous patents and has been extensively involved in commercializing numerous technologies. He holds a BSc(Hons) and a DipENG.
Peter more recently has had Business Management roles for both WorleyParsons and GreenGold Group in Indonesia, Singapore and Australia, which he was responsible for all business functions, including, finance, HR, business development and delivery.
Peter has significant experience in developing countries and has undertaken mega project (Pit to Port) in Sierra Leone, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Abu Dhabi, and Timor Leste. Peter has worked with a range of private and public sector clients. Industry areas serviced include; quarrying and mining, petroleum and gas (production / supply), water supply and treatment, transport (MSIC certified), defence (defence pass) and government authorities.
Mark is a Mechanical Engineer. Over the last 16 Years he has worked for several Mining and EPCM companies within Australia and Indonesia. Besides his role as a Lead Mechanical engineer, he has been in the position as a Project Manager. He has committed himself to providing technical and execution excellence across the disciplines and project execution phases with the highest level of dedication, service, and value. Mark is very passionate about Mining, especially the Gold Mining Industry and economic sustainability and believes that this is best achieved by seeking and adopting new technologies and to push the boundaries of engineering.
Anthony McDougall is a New Zealand national and holds BSc and MSc (hons) degrees in Geology from Canterbury University. Anthony has developed a strong and proven background with over 25-years of experience in the mining and resources sector. He is a nominated Competent Person JORC, Qualified Person NI43-101, and certified Competent Person Indonesia (CPI) for coal / gold / base metal resource assessment and resource estimation. He holds memberships to the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), Association of Indonesian Mining Professionals (PERHAPI), Indonesian Association of Geologists (IAGI) and the Indonesian Society of Economic Geology (MGEI).
Elfie has over 30 years of experience in Multinational Engineering Companies and the Financial/Banking
sector. Her expertise is Office Management and administrative related. She is involved with the complete set up of the GreenGold office. She is responsible for managing Human Resources, General Affairs, The IT Division and other support functions of the Company. Elfie holds a Bachelor degree from Perbanas University and is a Certified Human Resource Professional.
